Protecting your Identity
We are a bank dedicated to our customers, their goals, and their best interests. As part of that endeavor, we aim to make every effort to educate our customers to protect their identity. We strongly suggest that you do not disclose any personal information on social media. URSB will never ask for your account numbers, passwords, social security number or any other private information through our social media accounts.
Conduct
Our social media communications will maintain professionalism at all times. We support honest feedback but we do not allow profanity or comments that are deemed abusive, unlawful, offensive, or off topic. This type of content will be deleted and/or blocked.
Employee Privacy
Our employees help our customers pursue their dreams while remaining financially secure. However, if you are unsatisfied with a URSB employee we ask that you do not post any personally identifiable information or negative comments about them online. Please call us to discuss and resolve any issues you may have with our staff.
If you are a URSB employee we ask that you review our social media policy in the Employee Handbook. It is important to protect your privacy online.
Disclosure
The URSB social media accounts are monitored by a team Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm excluding holidays. For more immediate and account specific inquiries, we ask that you call us at 732-541-5445.
We are not responsible for, nor do we endorse, third party sites or their content. URSB reserves the right to remove or block any and all content deemed inappropriate or in violation of our social media participation guidelines.
