With great sadness, URSB has shared that its Chairman, Michael Kepich, passed away on July 26, 2018. In response to this unfortunate event, current President and CEO Kenneth Totten was appointed to the Chairman position as of August 23. Mr. Totten was also appointed to serve as Chairman of URSB Bancorp and URSB MHC.

Additionally, the bank’s current director Dr. Gary Yee was appointed Vice Chairman of URSB. Dr. Yee also now holds the position of Vice-Chairman of URSB Bancorp and URSB MHC.
